Shelley Funnell

Shelley is based in our Auckland office. She graduated from Victoria University in Wellington in 1997 with a first class honours degree in law and a commerce degree.

She has worked in the commercial and banking departments of a top Auckland law firm, and for several years in investment banks in London and an international bank in Auckland.

Shelley is a founding member of our Auckland team, and works primarily in property, commercial property and business purchases.   She specialises in complicated commercial banking transactions for small-medium businesses and also enjoys trusts and estate planning.

Shelley became a Director of the firm in 2021.

Taina Henderson

Taina is a founding member of our Auckland team, and works primarily in the Family and Relationship Property areas.

Taina works with people dividing their assets after a separation, and with people at the start of a relationship, creating contracting out agreements (or pre-nups).  Her experience in the Family Courts specialises on relationship property proceedings and spousal maintenance.  Taina also has broad ranging background in Family Protection (estate challenges), wills, property and commercial property.

Amanda Donovan
